You get your own little hotpot, instead of mixing it with everybody else and the ingredients are presented along a kaiten belt. It is not the first place to do this, but it is done rather well. The ambience is cool, modern and the food was also delicious. No complaints about the service either, so you won't be disappointed with this place.
