Beautiful people in good service . Mocha Mocha in a Teddy

Usually I had only excellent experiences. I was there recently with one of her signature drinks and they obviously screwed up my order and put some syrups in it. When I came back (I got a pedicure next door and couldn't get back immediately) and politely told them that my drink was made wrong, asked if they would please revoke it, and they told me they couldn't take it back and the manager assured me that they did it right. I told her I wasn't upset, but often come here and know how the drink tastes and that it's wrong. She seemed dismissed and said they would take the drink back. I asked if it was okay to throw the drink they originally made because they said they couldn't take it back, and they huffed and said, give it to her so that there is not the garbage wet. In the end, I made the drink right, but they could have been more polite.

Great staff. Always open. My Local Starbucks is either closing the Dining Room , not letting walk up orders or some other Lame Excuse. BIGBY is great!

The restaurant features an impressive wall of artwork that is definitely worth checking out! One notable piece is a self-portrait of the artist titled "Me," which seems to be quite popular here. The service was friendly and I appreciated the vegan menu options. However, the main highlight of the restaurant is definitely the beautiful art on the walls - a must-see for any visitor.

I typically don't review chain restaurants, but I have been frequenting this Biggby location every morning since I am temporarily staying in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and the charming artwork and sweet notes scattered around the place create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. I absolutely love it here!
