Better coffee than Starbucks and cheaper. Not perfect but very nice

I wasn't spoke to when I walked in the door. It's a sign at the register that basically say on phone, no service. I waited for 5 minutes to be acknowledged, my sister was on hold, while I was waiting. I told the cashier what I wanted, she kept repeating everything thing I said but no music was on. My coffee was made wrong, I asked for a refund, the coffe maker said why we only missed the creamer and put it in my coffee said rudely no big deal and set in my face. I left try to call the store for hours no one answered. This is unacceptable behavior I should have gotten a refund, I had to leave because my Regional manager was waiting for me. By the way I was one the phone, my mom is dying and I was helping my sister from out of time find a place to stay.

The very older black lady with golden locs is very rude to door dashers. I been to this location as a dasher twice and she’s always rude but when I came as a customer it was a different person. Do

Right of the start, I have to say that I definitely prefer BiggBy coffe than any other brand coffee shop.For one, they are a local, Michigan company. Also, in my opinion the coffee and most of the specialty drinks taste better than the rest of the field.It is not as crowded and the wait for service is not as long as at Starbucks, for example.I like this particular location too. The staff is very efficient and the place is clean. My drink comes out fairly quickly and always tastes delicious.

I enjoy the lattes at BIGGBY. Always friendly service and good atmosphere. Parking is free at this location. Great location to meet a friend or have a place to study.
