The owner imports beers from Belgium themselves so there are beers you can't get anywhere else in Norway. Great variety of styles available. If I'd found the place before my last night in Bergen I'd have come back for sure.

The bartender (owner? was super friendly and helpful; he did a great job catering to the VERY different tastes of my fiancé and I — all 4 recommendations were out of this world! Amazing selection, not just beer (I loved true unique cider and mead! . Lovely seating area inside with windows overlooking the opera cafe and park. Will probably be back tonight!

Absolutely nails the atmosphere I look for — enough space and seating, no loud music, bright but not too bright, and a great beer selection. The bartender (whose dad opened the place) was friendly and helpful — and patient as we picked out our beers. Go here if you want to have a peaceful, enjoyable beer in a great setting. 10/10.
