Sophie's Cafe - Restaurant

.. was delicious and saturating. Could be more tasty. The vegan dessert that was offered to us was super delicious.

The atmosphere on the terrace in the park is great, but the vegan selection is expandable. I ate the herbal curry and that was good, but no eye-catcher. The service (which is very friendly but not high) and the quality of the dishes do not reach the relatively high prices. If you put higher prices, you need to be more in it than an ok vegetable curry and sorbet as a dessert.

I really enjoyed the Kohlrabi with lentils, potatoes and salad. The kohlrabi is a type of turnup that had a very mild flavor. The surrounding lentils were very nice with a light tomato sauce and some veggies mixed in. The combination of veggies, lentils, and potato made this a very balanced meal of starch plus protein. I enjoyed this vegan dish which was different than anything I’ve had before. Would order again :

The terrace at the back is a lovely spot to have dinner. We ordered the burger (too much sauce so eating it was verry messy, bu the wedges were yummie), fish and squid (good) and pad thai (nothing like the real thai pad thai: tasteless and lacking the right ingredients). Dessert (Palatschinken) was very good.
