I put in a mobile order but their system didn't register it, I went to pick it up and it wasn't made nor could they find it in their system. The barista WERE ON TOP OF IT immediately and made my drinks super quick. I didn't even have to wait longer than 5 minutes to get both my drinks and my bacon sandwich. I waited for 30 mins and 4 people after me got the orders first I only ordered one thing and all they did was talk and made me wait which I don't usually mind but it was empty when I came in both in the drive thru and inside but I had to wait for them to give everyone who showed up after me their orders first I don't know I usually come here and it's always so nice View all feedback.
The downtown location do that thang... I stand hold the door for everyone why my wife get her drink. I love the people employees there. 24th st.
Never when I say this I mean it .. will order from this location DRIVE THRU again ! Sat in the drive thru line for nearly ONE HOUR !
The environment is clean and inviting. The energy is lively. I would return.

It was Starbucks. The se is ting area was limited and the music was extremely loud. I went with my sister and we had to yell at each other to hear over the music.
