Starbucks - Benton Park

I have been going here for a few months and today was my first bad experience! After asking for an iced gingerbread chai they gave me a hot one through drive thru so i let her know and in a few seconds she gave me an iced that tasted ALOT LIKE MINT... i got off and politely asked them for my iced to be made again... 3 ppl there looked at each other and said it would be made again... so i waited.. when handed the drink i tasted it on my way to my car and it tasted even more like mint! At this point i was running late so i left it at that... it really sucks having to pay almost $7 for a drink, and it not to be at least decent... very disappointed.

Today I went to Starbucks,I go everyday and order the same drink.Some girl who assisted me had a very bad attitude and I think that is not acceptable.

Worst drink ever. I ordered a Venti Cookie Crème Frappuccino, and it was honestly the worst drink I've ever gotten from Starbucks. First, my VENTI drink was about an inch and a half short of the rim of the cup. Second, the bottom 3rd of the cup was straight whipped cream. Between the whipped cream at the top and the bottom, I only ended up with a small amount of actual Frappuccino, and what I had was extremely watered down.

This is my go-to starbucks!!! Its right down the street from my kid's school, the drive-through is never too long and it moves fast! Also, they make my drinks perfect! Vegetarian options: Good place to grab a snack of your vegetarian!

It took me 30 minutes to get 2 drinks from the time I ordered it and it wasn’t even that busy inside. I won’t be going to that Starbucks ever again.
