Im very disappointed about my visit. I ordered my food, paid for it but had to wait over 30 mins! I saw other people pay for their order and get their food about 8 other customers to be exact. And I only got 30 minutes for lunch, also I don’t get to eat until 8 o’clock when I get home.What was disappointing the most about my visit was that I didn’t get any food and ended up getting a refund for how long they were taking. I found out after calling they lost my order, Which is why I had to wait. Very disappointed with the service.

Wonderful sandwiches when you are downtown. Crowded at lunch time, but the line moves quickly. Great selection of desserts to tempt you while you are waiting for your turn to order.

Over priced for mediocre sandwiches.. Service is non existent, order was sitting ready for 15 minutes behind the counter and had to be asked for because apparently not all orders are announced or placed where the “online orders” are. Employees see you waiting for service and let you stand there. Salads were warm this time, and sandwiches are consistently lukewarm and soggy from condensation in their unventilated containers. Probably won’t be back.

The best food in the business! Always a great experience and great food. Staff are an A+
