Combo Kitchen At Juicy Burger

Got this delivered one night craving burgers and it was very good it hit the spot. Next time I'd opt for a burger instead of a chili cheese dog but it was still good. Love the fried zucchini.

This place used to be great, the most aptly named joint Bakersfield. The burgers were indeed juicy. And the fries were fresh-cut and wonderful! I hadn't been there in maybe a year, and thought I'd rectify that a few days ago. I've grown fond of animal style fries, or smash fries, and thought that their fries would be perfect for such a treatment. They made them for me, along with a cheeseburger. I then got a drink elsewhere, and it was time to chow down. Upon opening the clamshell they put the fries in, I discovered that they were previously frozen crinkle-cut fries that you'd find at a drive-in. What happened to the glorious Juicy Burger fries? Some of them weren't even fully cooked. And the burger wasn't even Juicy, like before. What a disappointment! I'm not sure if they have new owners or what. But it isn't really the same place.

Next time, please let your customers know up front that they will be waiting at least 30-40 minutes for some chicken tenders and fries : . And no, your free cookie did not make it better. Thank you.

I went in on a Thursday to place a 17 person order for pick up the next day Friday at 11.They were so kind and helpful and were right on time the next day! Everything was packaged and neat. I super appreciate Vanessa who was the cook for working with me and making great food that our program participants really enjoyed! Both the cashier and cook were super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be utilizing juicy burger again. Also, staff ordered on Thursday 6 meals and we all enjoyed the food! THANK YOU!!!!

Juicy Burger is exactly what it advertises Juicy customer service is great. The menu is easy to read and not overwhelming. The indoor dining is clean and inviting. I appreciate that they have high chairs for small children. I really like that it isn 't cluttered. I will be coming back. Step aside In-N-out Juicy Burger is where it 's at!
