China Bistro - Benton Park

The food was Ok. Definitely not the best in Bakersfield. But the service is Enough for me to Not go back. There was 2 ladys both hispanic) very rude, the one that charged me even rolled her eyes. Mind you, Ive never been here. I have over 20 yrs of experience as a restaurant manager and these people should be working in a non service industry. Horrible attitudes. Like I said, the food was not horrible but it was not good. Never going back. Waste of money. Wish I would have read reviews before stopping by. Urgently need a change in all staff. Its a shame because its centrally located.

Found hair in food. Old orange chicken, probably heated up yesterdays chicken just so they wouldn't throw it out. Should of been fresh food. Customer service was horrible, the lady was making faces at the counter.

First time here and last time.Charge me a$1 for the last pieces they had of bbq pork. When she said she could put more orange chicken to make it up.So disappointed.

Good food in bakersfield...nice lady on the counter...?

I come here specifically for the same thing every time, I hope the owners are reading this and don't make any changes because I literally only come here for the barbecue pork and no one else makes it the same way in town so please don't change it.
