Cafe De Soleil - Bensheim

Keeping in mind that this is the country that perfected Kaffee und Kuchen, I have spent an absurd amount of time in cafès while visiting, and I love this place. The owner appears to be a savant for remembering drink preferences, which I think is...incredible, and he always gets my high maintenance drink PERFECT. Plus, the amazing bakery down the street walks over trays of delectable tarts every morning; order when they arrive around and they are still fresh-from-the-oven warm. It’s a very quiet street on which everyone says hi as they walk by; on rainy days the wood timbered walls are perfectly cozy and there are even two ‘hidden’ tables in the back overlooking the river/stream. It’s really it’s own little community with people coming to stay for a coffee and connect with friends or just to be happy to sit peacefully in the sun. It is Cafè Soleil, after all...

Es kann dort sehr gemütlich und behaglich sein - aber auch sehr laut und voll! Für meinen Geschmack der beste Kaffee in Bensheim (mindestens)! Für ein lockeres Gespräch ist der Chef des Hauses immer offen - komme gerne hierher!
