ELK Vegan Bistro - Benito Juarez

Elk vegan bistro deli is a dream shop for vegans like me. it is an all-rounded vegan store. the first time it went there on white Valentine's Day, only for cake, we ordered the white chocolate cake, I thought it was very sweet, but in the did the sweet is only moderate, quite good; the second time was on Sunday, for the buffet (only served on certain Sundays), various themes each time, this time happens Mexican food. since I was already in mexiko, of course I have to try different local foods, so I have tried a lot, even I could not find out what it is but overall, eating is good, I like most of them; I came to buy brot for the third time. I am vegetarian, but I could easily see that I could not convince vegetarians/vegans to visit this restaurant. the personal was wonderfully friendly, the bakery is full of delicious vegan pastries, and the menu is packed with a lot of cultures. I personally have the Enchiladas...with three different sauces (a maul, a green and a red sauce) and I can't really express how delicious it was. there were vegan cheeses that perfectly compile the different sauces, and I apologize, I don't remember what the enchiladas were made with. more options on the menu included a complete breakfast, pizza (I think), sandwiches, burgers and mexicans. there was probably more. there is also an breakfast buffet. go in and visit them when they find themselves in Mexico City!

Elk vegan bistro is located in vegan ville, which randomly needs a vegan super market with many foods, muffins, ice cream, tamales and whatever their pantry needs. that's a paradise for me. do not worry, do not look twice on the labels to check the vegan! the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. every Sunday they have a themed buffet all day.

Simple dishes still so well worked up with gourmet towels.... all ingredients are fresh and vegan. the bakery was also amazing, the place very comfortable. they go into a bakery and store with healthy products, a large selection. and then go to the restaurant that also has a terrace sitting area. the menu is big enough to choose everything they like. of sandwiches, hamburgers, pastas, salads, suppen. and the beverage selection was also impressive. very good food and very well served.

I just had a coffee with some of the bakery selection, in the store they have many things just vegan coffee is great . Pros: lots of vegan options
