Went out for a meal with some friends in benidorm to what we thought was a “nice” restaurant Oh how we was wrong They were rude to us from the start . Not only did they take 20+ minutes to take our order when the food came it 1 meal was incorrect and 3 of the burgers were not cooked Still frozen) We refused to pay for the burgers as they were not edible as I woudnt feed that to my dog . This is a hidden gem! Me and my friend came here two days on the trot and it was the best restaurant we’d been in while in Benidorm. The service was quick, the food and drinks were to die for. The staff were friendly and we loved the atmosphere, especially with the entertainment, the guy playing the accordion was amazing! Highly recommend this place if you’re ever visiting Benidorm.

On what should have been a nice and memorable end to our holiday, I have never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant before. I usually never complain but for the prices they charge something needs to be said. They saw a group of young English lads and immediately stuck their noses up at us from the start. Spoke to us as if we’d been caught robbing their house. Food was dreadful also, had to be sent back twice and then they sneakily tried to recoup some lost profits by adding an extra bottle of wine to the bill (which was just thrown on the table without a word) 0/10. If I could rate minus I really would.
