Discovered this little gem and sorry we had not found it before. So good and reasonably priced we visited 6+ times when on holiday. Steaks were cooked to perfection and pizzas were fantastic..try the chicken curry. Really nice wine for 2 euros....Staff tried very hard to please. Will certainly be back. View all feedback.

Staying in close by hotel, decided to try this establishment. There were a few people on the outside tables. I should've known that the roman clothed mannequin at the door was a sign of things to come. Ordered 2 x pizzas and garlic bread. A pepperoni pizza and frutti de mere. It took about 15 to arrive. In the meantime, we feasted on a bottle of house red wine. Which was surprisingly tastly (local wine). However, the arrival of the pizzas heralded a different tone altogether. The dough was light and appeared undercooked. My pepperoni slices were suspiciously well spaced and aligned. My wife's seafood offering was laden with seafruits (their description, not mine). The cutting and taste test confirmed my suspicions; hese were shop bought pizza's. Absolutely tragic effort of a pizza offering. The garlic bread could be best described as a cob with raw garlic butter spread on one side, awful. Upon collecting the plates, I explained my displeasure to the waiter, who appeared impervious to my concerns. My advice is don't visit this place. Go to the nearby McDonald's restaurant, trust me, you've been warned.

We popped in here for lunch on our last day and were not disappointed. We needed help to translate the set menu into English but once ordered, the warm bread arrived with the drinks (both included in the price followed shortly after by the starters; soup and a lovely salad and a second starter. Unfortunately my husband had chosen tripe for this course and did not like the dish and when they realised, they offered him something else instead! The third course was well cooked and delicious and the desserts would have been perfect end to the meal but we were able to swap dessert for a coffee (which suited us as we were so full!! We paid €10.60 per person for 2 starters, one main, one dessert (or coffee , bread and a glass of wine or beer (per person and it was delicious. Furthermore, our toddler had fallen asleep on the way to the restaurant but we were able to take some of the leftover pizza with us for him when he awoke! They wrapped it in foil so he didn't miss out!
Went in here as it looked lovely and the menu seemed nice. Opted for the 4 course special. Garlic bread, ham and cheese, small pizza and we both had the carbonara. Could not fault the food, it was delicious but the staff can speak little or no English. They didn't even welcome us to the restaurant. I asked one waiter if he had been busy and he just stared at me no comprende!!! Then when we got our mains we were only given a spoon and on asking another waiter for a fork he too couldn't understand ended up taking one from the next table. Never even offered black pepper or Parmesan for the pasta, couple next to us had to go and get the black pepper for themselves. Then asked for the bill and once again waiter couldn't understand. The food was lovely but as the service was so bad, we will certainly not be returning.
