My husband picked up dinner tonight and they forgot our 10 piece nuggets. I called them and Josh said to come on back. I drove over and explained to the young man working the drive thru and he told me to come on around....there were a few cars in front of me and he handed me a bag of hot, fresh chicken nuggets and told me he wasn't going to make me wait in line. Now THAT is what I call fantastic customer service. View all feedback.
