Absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. Our server, EDDIE, rudely threw our drinks on the table and refused to take our order. When we requested to speak to the manager, she provided poor customer service by raising her voice and not addressing the issue of the drinks being thrown. Despite being a loyal customer of this IHOP for years, I will never return to this location. View all feedback.
Easy to find on the road. space is clean. Eier served cold. server lazy and kept ushering on the same tabs. it was empty at 7.30 a.m. and yet I got a non-window seat. when another group was attached to a table that was just occupied. otherwise standard ihop joint
Staff was working very hard to keep up. Our waitress was very cheerful despite the workload. Help Wanted sign on window. Food was ample, spinach omette very good.
Ordered online, I picked it up and left, quick n easy. I didn't get any syrup or butter for my pancakes.
I enjoyed being at iHops thoroughly! The server was extremely helpful and funny. He really brought the experience extremely pleasant. Food is amazing. The pancakes were well mixed and flavourful there are 4 different sauces for your pancakes here. FREE FLOW). Burger was amazing. The beef is packed with flavours and supple. You bet I'll be back.
I prefer going to this restaurant on weekdays because it's usually empty, allowing the staff to cook the freshest and best quality food for you. The team works excellently together.
