Dunkin' - Bellmore

Not the best Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to. They did not have any chocolate chip muffins. Donut selection was low. Service was slow and donuts were stale. Go elsewhere if you can.

I ordered a small hot chocolate for my toddler, but when I received it, I noticed that the powder was running low. I went back to the counter to let them know, hoping they'd add more powder and give us a fresh cup. Instead, the lady working there just mixed in more of the existing powder, which made the drink a darker color. I had also ordered a decaf coffee for myself and a regular coffee for my husband, along with some donuts. Unfortunately, the worker's choices during this shift really affected our experience and ruined what should have been a simple Dunkin' treat. I love Dunkin', but I won’t be returning to this particular location.

The morning staff is incredible; they work extremely quickly, especially on weekdays.

I went back to have it looked at, and instead of refilling the machine with fresh powder and making a new cup, the woman at the counter simply added more mix to the existing one, resulting in a darker color. I had also ordered a coffee for myself and a regular coffee for my partner, along with some donuts. Unfortunately, the staff member working at that time made some poor choices, ultimately ruining what should have been a pleasant experience at Dunkin'.
