This follows is my previous review at 5 stars, now unfortunately I have to review my vote due to a decrease in the quality of mozzarella. Perhaps since November 2019 they have problems with the supply of buffalo milk, but do not admit it. I noticed that their mozzarella sold in a restaurant in the area is always very good, but the one purchased from the singles at the point of sale is strongly expired in quality (two weights and two sizes? . we hope that the problem is only temporary, but in the meantime I changed the supplier. I will inform you about developments. old review: high quality dairy with prices aligned with those of the best. the choice between the products is very wide. Among my favorites are buffalo groves, smoked buffalo scamorza, buffalo caciocavallo, stracciatella and burrata are real delights. If you buy the zizzona don't eat it too fresh because it might be a little steep: leave it to a towel in its serum at least 15 hours (especially if it is very large . the staff is very courteous and you can consume the purchased products also on site sitting at their tables. during the day they do continuous time. are also open on Sunday morning.
