Diners now find limited options, disappointing fans long accustomed to favorites like roasted cauliflower Thai tacos. While the atmosphere is spacious and appealing, service inconsistencies have frustrated patrons. Many report long waits for drinks and overlooked requests, though some enjoy prompt service during quieter visits. The brewery's food quality varies; while burgers and certain dishes receive praise, others feel overpriced. Overall, Twin Sisters remains a popular locale with great potential, but the recent menu changes have left many yearning for the past.
Twin sisters had the most amazing vegan items in all bellingham, roasted cauliflower thai tacos, they were absolutely amazing. but they have no more. they have gradually reduced the number of vegan options in recent years. it is at the place where their option are an overpriced black burger or over expensive sweet potato tacos. I love twin sisters, but there are much better vegan options and significantly better beer options in bellingham now. I would not recommend twin sisters anymore.
This place is more commonly known as twin sisters brewery. large and spacious restaurant brewery. great for big parties and family-friendly. they offer many vegan menu items. here are their current vegan options (case 2020). spices
This was once one of our favorite Go-to-spots with people who were ubiquitous. Unfortunately, they have recently renounced their menu and got rid of so many of their good vegan options. in the grunde they now have only one veggieburger. my partner and I were so disappointed by this change to one of our favorite brewers who had vegan options. please contact the gm kyle at 360-922-6700 and let them know their thoughts. Maybe we can get a few options again.
Tonight we had the pleasure of experiencing the energy that swings in the garden of twin sisters. we even brought two sets of twin sisters. the food was excellent and I was thrilled by some refreshing snacks. on the menu for us tonight were the beyond brat (the one on the bungalow was dangerously good hehe), garlauch kräuterfries (yes! the vegan banh mi (the best I had so far), a wonderful green salat, and a black bohnenburger. a so funny place with patients and helpful servers. updated by previous review on 2021-07-25
Excellent food and service, it’s expensive but great for special occasions and dates.
