The food quality was inconsistent, with some dishes being cold and overcooked. The manager's behavior was described as condescending and rude. Despite this, some patrons enjoyed the food and atmosphere, particularly highlighting the Northwest breakfast and the breakfast burrito. The restaurant offers gluten-free options and alternative milk choices. Overall, the restaurant was seen as a decent local diner option with room for improvement in service and consistency.
Everything about the waffler is okay. the cooks there are great and they do a great job the problem is they have a manager or a boss who is a jerk. The guy sits at the front counter the whole time looking like a guard the whole time with his arms crossed.Whenever you would ask him a question he would give this duh mentality answer like you were stupid. He not once went to anycustomers tables to ask them how the food was for the enjoying themselves nothing you should not be working there if he does nothave customer service because that is definitely not in his vocabulary at all. Other than that it was nice that they servemimosas they should be a little bit bigger for the price but great to have anyway
I've been here a few times and each time the food is fabulous! I enjoy their Northwest breakfast with their thin waffles, eggs, meaty bacon, and their perfectly spiced home fries (seriously, I want their seasoning blend! . Nice casual place for a goodquality quick breakfast.
Horrible terrible awful experience. Ordered waffle French toast and it came out as a claggy sponge. Sent it back and the condescending manager tried to tell us we don’t know what a waffle should be. We literally have the same (industrial) waffleiron at home and make them often, so we know what it should be. Manager sent us two plain waffles as a replacement and they wereso undercooked that it became raw batter if pinched. Chef tried to bring out “extra crispy” which had the same problem.Manager then told us he was sick of our theatrics and to “get out” and “learn to be a reasonable customer” which left meshocked. Will never be returning and will spread the word about how rude the manager was and how awful the food was.
Popped in for two coffees and split a breakfast burrito before an appt. It was a really pleasant surprise to get the salad and potatoes as well. Everything was fresh, tasted excellent, and service was fast and pleasant. Will go back to try more items.
Tried to make a reservation for people but was told it was not possible. Arrived on time to find the place almost empty. Made an order for waffle and cream with scrambled egg and bacon and a chicken waffle sandwich. The waffle was cold , the eggs over cooked and the bacon was tough. The chicken sandwich was huge. My husband would have ordered a half sandwich if the menu had mentioned it. The waffles were too thin and they did not offer a pecan waffle which every waffle place offers. I realize that the place is new but they need some quality control. My husband said his sandwich was very good but too big
