The service was slow and server were a buck of stoned college drop-outs. the food was lukewarm and the pommes were dried and old tasting. after eating it came well to dipping sauces. the whole reason we came was that we won a $50 gift card from a radio station. when it was time to settle the scary, said the young who led the restaurant, unfortunately our new owners have no gift cards. as if it were my problem. honor it anyway and get a 5-star rating. No, instead everyone I know will hear from the extremely negative experience we had. this place really fell off. new owners should fire themselves.

Received delivery order within 5 mins.BYO Burger: was missing toppings asked for (sauce and cheese). Got a bun that was hard and chewy, almost felt like I was eating an extremely stale bun that's been sitting for a while. Had asked for Kaiser bun, but it's not the same as it was during my previous orders.Garlic Tots: Extremely oily. Oil was floating in the bottom of the container that I had to throw 1/2 of totsStrawberry shake: took my customization request to not add whipping cream(hence the one star), but was extremely sweet that I struggled to finish it. If you don't have a sweet tooth like I don't, I would say to skip the shakes.

The food is great. The service was good. Reduced a star as they sneakiky 4% service fee to the bill.I want to pay tip to the staff and not fee to the owner. CHECK YOUR BILL AND ADJUST THE TIP

First time visiting and I have to say the food was amazing. The server couldnt seem to refill my water even once without being asked for it, otherwise this would easily be 5 stars. Highly recommend as the experience was saved by how good the food was

We used to like this place a lot, but service and food quality has gone WAY DOWN hill. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME FOR US TO COME. We came here for Happy Hour on a Wednesday evening. Business was very slow in here, we got seated around 6 mins waiting at the front, 1 table was about to leave. Basically only one server and one kitchen staff on duty. We were the only customer there to get seated. Happy Hour Menu was very limited, they cut down some options, the in house HH menu is not the same as the online version. We ordered 1 kids meal On the kids menu, kids meal includes a small milk or soda , it was never included. Staff charged us $1 extra for tots, on menu it said Sub Tots for free . Staff was unfamiliar of the HH Menu, basically everything we ordered from the HH menu, they billed us full price (MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING). We ordered HH menu: Mango Habanero Wings, Fried Chicken Strips, Small Vanilla Shake (12oz). We received a bill, full price of those items. We have to tell the staff to correct it before we make payment (about $20 price difference). Ketchup bottle at our table was empty, we tried to get the next table ketchup, also empty. The third bottle of ketchup, when squeezing out the ketchup, there 's black stuff coming out mix with the sauce. I opened up to check the inside of the squeeze bottle, there 's BLACK MOLD!!!!!!!! It 's disgusting, definitely a health hazard. No offering to exchange for a new dish. Staff just took 20% off of the bill. 4% service charge was added on top of our bill (food, tax, 4%, tips), I wasn 't aware of it. With this kind of food quality and service. I WILL NEVER COME BACK, eat here at your own risk.
