A service on all fronts, experience in the shop, friendliness, packaging and of course the chocolate! I brought this home to my wife and am now a hero!
If you can find something great at Fran, it does not exist. The best chocolate truffles ever, and the sea salt caramels should die. Fantastic and helpful staff!

I've been ordering their chocolates online for a few years now, but I've never been into one of their stores until now. We were in the area today and decided to swing in. The employees were so nice. They provided sample chocolates as well. Fran's chocolates are really the best chocolates you'll find, and after seeing how gracious their employees are, I like them even more.
A+ on all fronts service, experience in the shop, friendliness, packaging, and of course the chocolate! I brought these home to my wife and am now a hero!
