The supposed owner (a female around 45 years old) refused to remake my drink and refused to give me a refund after giving me a cup of juice instead of the orange Julius original I ordered. At the very first time I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted with a very friendly Hello, How can I help you? The Strawberry banana smoothie that I tried was amazing.
