Dairy Queen - Belleville

We go when we can. the meal is cheap. we always get the 6.00 meal deal... very nice on a hot day.. always lots of people there

Visited this location on Thursday July 20th at approx 7:15pm. My daughter had just finished soccer so a quick visit for some ice cream for the family shouldn't have ended in bad customer service. After waiting over 10 minutes in the drive thru lane I went to place my order. First I order the Blizzard of the Month "Triple Truffle" for my son as he sees it on two signs in the drive thru. I'm then told they don't have that anymore. Ok not the girls fault if it's the blizzard from June then sign needs to be changed. If it's the blizzard for July. DQ should probably have enough to do it the whole month but regardless a sign should say sold out. No big deal continue with changing the order to a mini cookie dough. Then a medium chocolate extreme and a medium kitkat and a medium plain ice cream cone. Get to the window and pay and I'm asked if I want lids and a tray, I say "just lids please". I then get given the kitkat one and the cookie dough and then they go to give me a cheesecake blizzard. I said sorry no I ordered the chocolate extreme. Then they go to give me a chocolate covered ice cream cone and I say no I ordered a regular ice cream. Next another girl comes over and said "did you skip the line and just come straight to the window" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! I was stunned. I said no I have waited in this drive thru now for almost 20 minutes, gave my order and I've paid. After then having to tell the three girls at the window again for the 4th time that I ordered a medium regular ice cream cone and a medium chocolate extreme I finally get the order but not without more attitude and NO lids. Unfortunately this isn't the first time coming to Dairy Queen in Belleville that the line up has been insane but then the customer service has been poor. To the girls at the drive thru window completing the orders you should learn that being client facing you need to learn how to talk politely to people and not argue with them. I've been in customer service and Management for over 20 years and I'm the first to send an email or tell the Manager when I get amazing client experience in store. This was NOT one of those times.

I was craving some chicken strips for lunch on my way through Belleville and sought out the closest DQ. I think they have some of the best chicken strips out there. The Belleville DQ did not disappoint! Joe, my server, was very pleasant and polite. The order can quickly and was hot. Good food, good service!!

We like DQ ! Good hot food and then get a great treat ! Many flavored treats with ice milk to die for ! Locally owned and run . Great place to go ! See ya there .

As with other Dairy Queen restaurants...you know what to expect...awesome ice crème. This particular Dairy Queen has a 'drive-thru'; which we took advantage of. Friendly staff & great ice crème.
