Starbucks - Belleville

I'm incredibly frustrated with this Starbucks. It's never great, but today was awful. After waiting in line and ordering I was informed that the machine that accepts payment via the app wasn't working. I also couldn't use Apple Pay. Cards were fine, except I only had American Express on me and AMEX isn't accepted. 1. I get that technology sometimes has issues, but have a backup in place. 2. let customers know BEFORE they wait in line and order that some methods of payment are not able to be accepted right now. 3. food services communicates via email about lunch specials and other irrelevant matters. You'd think it would make sense to give people a heads up that cash and debit cards (visa/mastercard) are they only method of payment today. I may be overly upset due to a lack of sleep, but really, how hard would it have been to spread the information that they were having technical difficulties? I still wouldn't have coffee, but I wouldn't have wasted my whole break walking over there and waiting in line for no reason.

Service was fast, friendly, and the coffee was delicious! Very pleased.

I just started going to school and i was so excited they had a starbucks these ladies and the gentleman are very sweet and amazing. they always conversation w me while waiting for my coffee! The other day i got a drink that i didn’t like and they gave me another on for free. amazing service i got maybe 4x a day when i have school

Customer friendly and offered pup cups to our goldens..
