Terrible..order soup to pick up with plantain, a lot cold day when I wait there the makeup at the end the lady popping up with the plantain and told me se dont have soup. They took my phone, but they didn't call me to let me know soup. Very rud customer service. never back there.

Good food, great surroundings. The take-out service is so that this is a place where you go to eat and have a good time, not very good for delivery.

HORRIBLE costomer service they do not care about the customer at all. I ordered 2 soups because I am very sick and after they not only charged me 5 dollars for delivery, they took 2 hours to bring it just to have the wrong delivery and when I called them to bring me the right food, but they wanted to recharge for their mistake and to be honest with the delivery, this is not the first time that they had a delivery that I just called you, but that I had no choice but that I was honest with you
