We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel. We arrived very early and wanted to order a vegan breakfast. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made me my first fry jacks, which were delicious! The beans and the salad were also excellent. Dit’s is a quaint little family owned restaurant that serves scrumptious traditional belizean food and out of this world pastries.
Wonderful homestyle cooking! And super affordable: each breakfast was just Bz$ 7. We learned that they have been in business for at least 60 years and it's the fourth generation to run it. So that speaks to the quality!
Food taste and desserts are just as good as they were 20yrs when I went there for the 1st time. Best Jam Rolls in Belize.
Very good local food a reasonable price... It's a bit too enclosed for me but they do have good air circulation for the hot days...
