&pizza Bel Air

This is now our second time that ordering is done and wait well over an hour after our expected pick-up time until our food was ready. not only that, the employees don't seem to care. the pizza is very good, but the workers need something work. no reason, we should wait for an hour longer, then our projected pick-up time. it is very difficult to justify the return.

The vegetarian Spicy Bird was great! Perfect mix of salty/savory/spicy with a little creaminess from the ranch. The dough was chewy on the inside with a little crunch on the outside. Will definitely order again.

Its a cute, small place with quite a few pizza topping options. That said, I think the crust was very bland, the toppings were lacking flavor (and I got onions, pesto, basil, pepperoni, all the flavorful toppings), but the sauce was bland also. I also found it weird that this place doesn’t accept tips on the employees behalf- considering the customer service was great the workers were extremely patient kind. It was about $12 for just the BYO Pizza. It’s definitely a place to try see if you like it, but It wasn’t for me.

Good pizza with lots of topping options. It’s a traditional artisanal pizza place. So the price will be roughly the same as what you would pay for a regular pizza somewhere else. Not bad, but not my first choice for pizza.

Customer service was good. The dining area was clean. The pizza was marginal/underwhelming. The boxes are cool. I probably won't be back.
