Buffalo Wild Wings - Bel Air

Quality of the food has gone down pretty severely. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Ranch wrap and there were only a few pieces of chicken in the entire thing.. 90% of it was filled with shredded cheese, like honestly who wants that much cheese in a wrap? It looked nothing like the menu described it. And they don 't really care about presentation anymore, I know Buffalo Wild Wings isn 't a fancy place, but there 's better ways to plate food then throwing the mostly cheese-filled wrap on a metal toaster pan with cold fries scattered everywhere. The only redeeming quality was the service was awesome, our waitress Baylee did a great job.

Mozzarella stick came out cold and had to be recooked, wings had definitely been sandbagged. They were so old the sauce had absorbed totally into the cold chicken. Service was good but the food at this location is pathetic. The cook was to concerned with watching tv and drinking Mountain Dew to do his job.

I went here about 6 o’clock on Saturday night and it seemed as if there was a problem over at the bar later on and my kids were getting upset because there was a man yelling over at the bar area. Our server seemed to have a very bad attitude and she was talking to the guy yelling, i’m assuming it’s someone she knows and there was a problem. It seemed very unprofessional that she was chatting, since our food wasn’t even brought out by our server not once. I had Jenna once before but she was not our server this time u unfortunately! The hostess were very nice and warming when we walked into the restaurant.. but the server made it a little unpleasant to be there and it seemed as if she was worrying about other things than her tables. Food was really good though, props to the back staff who got our food out hot and fast. I will most likely order take-out next visit!

What a mess. Stand at the hostess desk for 10 minutes, not an employee in sight. Eventually I get asked what I want as if I’m inconveniencing them from whatever they’re doing in the back. I’m told to sit wherever I want. Not a clean table or booth to be found, I assumed I was responsible for clearing or wiping my own table. Walked across the parking lot for wings at seasons. Better quality food, better service and cleaner environment.

Micah was a fantastic server! He was so personable and awesome. Would give him a five star rating if this was for rating servers. Food was good and beer was good, excellent price for quality ratio. A great place to stop in for great service and some great wings!
