I encountered an issue with my two underoccupied riders, but she handled it professionally and even offered me a complimentary dessert to make up for it! She is such a friendly and cheerful person. What User doesn't like about The Flying Horse:
I had the best burger I've ever eaten, and the scallops as a starter were absolutely fantastic. However, the service was quite disappointing. We were not greeted at the door and had to wait five minutes before anyone attended to us. Service could have been better. Had roast beef dinner Yorkshire pudding forgotten so had to ask for it. Creme broulee to die for
The meal was well presented and enjoyable. The reason I marked it down for value was the two tiny scollops with the Park belly.
Great for lunches and meeting friends. Food is great. Don't much like children running around, shouting or screaming on the table next to me though. Maybe a seating area for families would be better.
Good quality food, all four enjoyed their dinner including one vegetarian who had a good selection to choose from. Staff all helpful, food arrived quickly, and was all interesting and tasty.
Bit disappointing. My sweet potato fires were cold and I had to try and get the waitresses attention to get them changed. The waitress could do with smiling or at least pretending she enjoyed her job as she was very brusk
