Waited 25 mins for breakfast only one person cooking for everyone , breakfast came paid 8.50 ,egg whites were still clear asked for cooked ones ,,and they came after I had eaten the rest of my breakfast ,not able to swap hash browns for other items ,left hungry and very disappointed .no mushrooms no tomatoes .will never have Tesco breakfast again
Slow service at the counter. £1.95 for a can of coke. Disgusting rip off for an in house cafe. Then a wait of 35 mins for food to come out. Food was poor too. This cafe needs a complete rethink in terms of a Menu it can deliver quickly. Prices that are appropriate and fair and food that actually tastes decent. One bright spark staff were continually apologetic.
Incredibly slow service. The queue wasn't that long (3 in front) but it took 15 minutes to get served
I walked into the cafe, holding my 5 year olds hand and walked over to the cafe desk. following behind me was my 10 year old, my 8 year old, my 6 year old and my 3 year old (being held by my 10 year old) We were all ready to chooce our food but then a rather rude couple came behind me and asked me and my 5 childrn to hurry up. i dont know if they have ever had children but ordering food is very difficult to do with kids. the couple kept bargin me and my family, very rude. the food was okay but very excpencive for how much we got but thats inflation right? anyway, staff as lovely as usual.
Went there today customer service was brilliant a young lady called Debbie served me her customer service was brilliant thats my first time I have revisited the store since its been done up I was very impressed will definitely go back there I had mentioned to the young lady debbie that my coffee was cold and she sorted it out straight away very good customer service
