Customer service is almost always fantastic.They're so kind to my daughter who is obsessed with their breadsticks and I'm sure eats about 10 while there ?My rating is because the food (besides the breadsticks lol) is always a hit or miss. Fazolis used to be a nice place to eat but wow did it get bad. Service is meh, food is bland and it's really not worth the money to eat there. Unless you're really hard up for meh food there's better choices for the same price. Sadly taco bell is higher quality then the the food here.
Great place to eat. Chris was very helpful. They were on top of refilling bread sticks or any needs you might have.
Food was good, it was nice to find a Fozolis due to ours in flint went out of business
The waiter was amazing, the dude VIRLES needs a raise. Dude was on point with everything making everyone was served and happy.
This was a amazing ? experience and I would loved to be treated like this again
