Overpriced, out of kid cones. 12$ for an ice cream is a bit much. The staff were dismissive and not friendly. Will be looking for a different place to have ice cream. Not really my vibe anyways.

Adorable. Very much meant to be instagrammable all done up in pink and gold, all the drinks and ice cream are very good to look at, and I 've never seen anyone but cute girls at the counter. That being said, everything on the menu that I 've tried has been good. Like, the ice cream is impressive, the waffles are fun, the drinks are delicious. Do wish they had more ice cream flavors on hand though, 4 isn 't a ton of options. The spoons they give you are temperature color change, too.

Consistently delicious milk and boba teas. Their jasmine has a full yet delicate flavor and the brown sugar tastes as great as it looks.

VERY disappointing. I am not one to normally leave bad reviews but this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had.My husband and I went in on our anniversary to have a unique ice cream experience as this place truly is unique.The girls that were working there were very nice. We ordered and went to sit down, and the chairs were filthy. Not just the ones we went to sit in but every single chair. The hallway had furniture and signs pilled up. My husband's ice cream was sitting in a stand that had chipping paint and rust on it. I looked down because something caught my eye. A cockroach. The staff asked where it was and went to show them under a bench and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days. The poor girls that were working there didn't know what to do at first. We weren't even offered a refund. Makes me sad more than anything. We will not go back.

The matcha ice cream is very light almost taste like vanilla. If you are craving for a matcha ice cream, I would go somewhere. Otherwise, they have great selection of varying desserts. I do like to point out that the furnitures definitely need a serious cleaning as they were very stained.
