What User doesn't like about Jet Freeze:
Sunday 18 September 2nd visit. Will not come back. Ordered a root beer and was given a root beer float. I apologized saying that I wanted a root beer not a float. Clearly that was my fault, not hers. Husband had to go back to the window to ask for a refund for the difference that was charged. That didn't go over well either. Sad that this was a huge difference between this last visit and our first visit. View all feedback.
The best peanut butter sauce I have ever had! You can't go wrong with anything you order at Jet Freeze! The food is great as well!
The chili dog was bland and the chili was just barbecue and ketchup and the strawberry banana smoothie was okay overall this place is okay
The strawberry chocolate soft serve is the best. Also the blueberry just like King's Island.
Love taking the kids to jet freeze! My fiance would say best soft serve around! I love getting the hot fudge sundae they give you so much fudge it is perfection!
Flavorful soft serve. Friendly employees. Clean place. I just love coming here! The strawberry shortcake flurry is dreamy.
