I was very pleasantly surprised by this cafe! Firstly the view is great. Normally I find cafes attached to tourist venues are just half hearted and overpriced but this place has pretty good food and it’s no more expensive than the average decent cafe. The coffee was definitely a let down though so avoid that but I can recommend the burger and the toasted ham and cheese sandwich. View all feedback.
We had the most delicious lunch we have had while travelling. The squid could have been served at Rockpool it was that good. My husband enjoyed his gourmet burger too saying it was probably the best burger he has ever had. The food is sensational and I don’t normally write food reviews but we just felt the need to do so this time. The views are also amazing Do not hesitate to enjoy a meal here as it is superb! All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming… it was the perfect lunch
A great view for good food. Toasties and gluten free options too. Also a chocolate shop
Great location to grab a bite to eat in-between the tours for Seahorse World and Platypus House. Nice spacious area, lovely view and they also had chocolate next door! We just grabbed some chips with aioli and gravy. The cook had amazing customer service- the server/cashier I think had only just started and the experience was a little clunky with him.
Stopped here for morning tea with the family and the service was fantastic, the view amazing (even on a wet day), and the food excellent. Would come back here happily.
We had a great lunch at the Coromant cafe. The service was really friendly, food was fantastic (Caesar salad, macaroni cheese balls, salt pepper calamari), and the view is lovely. Even though the menu doesn’t mention gluten free options, the chef was happy to adapt many of the options at request, and both meals were 10/10. Calamari melted in mouth. We also loved visiting the seahorse farm afterwards.
