The food was fine. I was overly impressed by how clean and well kept the restaurant was. The building first appeared older in the design. Now I went in and did not see the first chipped laminating counter or dirty ground. The bathroom was clean and smells like that. Never make reviews. Honestly the worst Whataburger I've been to. We ordered online 30 minutes before to make sure there were no problems. We went through the drive through to pick it up and they handed our food to the wrong person, the people who receivedit were going through our bags and touching the food then hands it back. We are new to Whataburger ! We fell in love at first bite! We are from N.C. and would absolutely love to have a Whataburger! The burgers are larger than my hand and so worth the money paid! Make sure to try their spicy ketchup!
This Patty Melt is a must get if you're checking out any Whataburger. The staff here is friendly. Highly recommend

My Wife and I and our 3 kids are broke down in Beaumont, it’s late and everything is closed or closing. I walked 20 mins to Whataburger hoping they wouldn’t turn me away cause I’m not in a car. Lady answered the phone, I told her I was outside and my kids are hungry and she came out to me and took my order. Thanks so Much Joy!
