I recently visited this restaurant for a pickup order, but my food wasn't ready when I arrived. The manager, dressed in a new shirt, was speaking to the cashier in a language I didn't understand. Despite this, the food was good. This restaurant has been around for a long time, and I have heard good things about it. Drive thru with multiple line but you can only get service to one. We waited at the mic for 15 min, watching other cars getting their orders takin, before someone took ours. Walked in for breakfast take out. I had a small order with a hot drink and a few items. Despite the restaurant seeming relatively quiet, not at all busy, I waited for *25 minutes* to recieve my food. This was my first time here so it is possible they were simply understaffed for this shift.
I had ordered ice cream. My order number was 390. All people after me had been served and I had been still waiting for my order. Finally, I told them why you served people with order number 395 and 397 but not me.A lady brought me an ice cream with a size of half of normal size.
Service is terribly slow! Waited for an hour to get my order ready. Plus, dine-in is also very slow (takes around 35min for a simple trio! Outrageous! EVERYTHING SLOW!
Don’t even think to go there ?So hot inside in summer time, cold in winter. Bad service.Playing area dirty and sooooo hot .Very bad experience ?
