I went the other day and the lobby was closed due to lack of staff. I go to the drive thru and the person in front of me ordered like $43.00 worth of stuff. I wanted a Jr bacon and small frosty. I'm a diabetic and I had a car full of groceries and when I explained this to the young lady she told me to just pull ahead. In about a minute and a half I had my food in hand. Horrible customer service in the drive-thru just asking about a new item on the menu and all I got in response to all of my questions from the lady was idk with an annoyed voice like I did something wrong then the guy that handed me my food shoved it in my hand and dismissed me in an annoyed way they were very rude I wouldn’t want anyone to get fired but they need to be reprimanded and learn their new menu items I got the new Italian chicken mozzarella sandwich btw that came out good and fully cooked
Ordnete the Italian mozzarella sandwich with extra sauce and middle frits with extra salt. When I received my order, it was said that they put additional salt packages in their pocket. I didn't want to, but okay. When I came to my hotel, less than 5 minutes later, not only did I have no extra sauce, but the pommes were cold. I tried to call, but no answer. Seems like a phone number with a full voicemailbox.
