My experience has always been great. I have been a client of this location for over 5 years and have not found any Starbucks with really good coffee near Baytown. I don't care about the long wait, because the coffee is always on the point. Thanks for all Baristas, keep the good cup of coffee coming. I am View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
This place is okay. Drive thru is slow. You do not always fill the drinks properly. This happened to me several times and there is no canopy or any kind of protection over the drive thru menu. When it rains, you get wet, your vehicle gets wet. It's annoying. You just have to hope that the Starbucks person will not last forever to take your order. Otherwise it's okay. View all feedback.
Pistachio frappuccino and cream cheese Danish were good. Great customer service. Person in front of us in the thru drive paid for our order. I made my day to experience such goodness. You don't see that today. We paid for the person behind us. I hope it went on.
I like the convenience of this Starbucks location as it?s right off of I-10 and Garth Rd. It?s also one of the biggest I?ve visited. I like and appreciate some of the workers here as they are really good and friendly. However, some other times, they have the not-so-good team on shift that I already know what?s going to happen as I?ve seen it several times before: I?m waiting for my beverage, along with a few others, while there?s a really long line in the drive through, and some of the employees chitchat and show no urgency in their action. Other than that glaring defect, they always get my drink and order right.
My spinach wrap was deliciously Mediterranean! I washed it down with a very refreshing dragon fruit drink. Mrs. Tuck had a warm fluffy, sweet, and flaky blueberry muffin with a iced coffee, mocha, to drink. The decor makes the store stand out in that location in a good way, outdoor seats and lounge, and clean even in the restroom.There is a commendable display to help donate to veterans in the lobby which I respect. A little slower than what I'm used to at Starbucks so they really deserve 4 and half stars but that's not an option so they get a very respectable 4.
Asked for extra whip cream, barely got any actual liquid. Why am I paying 8 dollars to get half of my venti, and 25% whip cream 25% empty. Low quality every time. 2nd time coming and won?t give them a 3rd chance after this. And this is after I stood there watching employees greet their friends and have conversations with each other rather than acknowledging me. Eventually I went ahead and turned the cup around that was sitting there(tried not to touch incase it wasn?t mine) And was disappointed to find a less than half full drink. I asked if extra whip cream means I give up half my drink and they said yes. Worst Starbucks ever.
Worst Starbucks I?ve ever been too. Service is extremely slow. Placed a mobile order with the app. Guy at the window had zero clue what our order was. He asked us 4 times about our order and it was still wrong. Coffee was cold, and wrong! Didn?t have items that we ordered and getting a refund on those items was apparently as difficult as moving a mountain. Will not ever stop at this location again.
