I love the Baytown Olive Garden. The staff is exceptional. Service is sometimes not as fast as I think it should be, but you should not eat like that when you are in a hurry. Sit back, relax and enjoy the company you hold. You always make me like I deserved my money. Probably the worst service I've ever experienced. The waitress was not a place where she could be found and hidden. It took 15 minutes to order our drinks. And 30 minutes to get the food and appetizer. The restaurant wasn't even so busy. The worst thing is that the breadsticks were Raw. I took a bite and spit it out. I ordered soup and salad. My waitress was Ms.Payton. She was in training, but she went beyond my expectations. She made sure that my meal was hot and fresh and made my refills come. Service was great and I enjoyed my lunch break.
Very good service with friendly staff. Food was delicious and served hot! The waitress was great and checked us if needed. Didn't have to ask for refills!
Came twice for lunch and dinner once again. We enjoyed being here. The staff is friendly. Prompt services and clean space safe. I understand they're just barely occupied, but I've never been disappointed with how we were treated in the restaurant. Both times the place was busy, but we got our food order right away and food came 20 minutes later. They even gave me 2 different soups at once for me, as I ordered soup and salad. My children could order what they liked and they were happy.
The service was great. We ordered the shrimps and chicken alfredo, the shrimps were so fresh, love their breadsticks, also their toscana soup is a must for us, so comforting.
We celebrated my special needs sister's birthday and had a large party, half of which were also special needs. Because of the big party we had two servers to wait on us and they did amazing! Worked well together getting all our orders in and correct. Very polite and friendly with all of our guests!
