Can't say I've ever had a bad experience, food is super tasty. These are not the most friendly people, but hey, that is not why you there and everyone can't chic-fil-A and the price is exactly right.

Typically Japanese food from the mall is very dry, soggy and pretty gross. Here you won’t have that problem. They’re cooking food all day so your meal is guaranteed fresh. If busy the wait can take a while but it’s worth the wait.
