Food is good . Service friendly. Just one note .looks like they need to clean vents in ceiling. Looking pretty neglected . Perhaps needs refurbishing up there In prep area.

The restaurant is severely understaffed and only serves pre-made food. It took 15 minutes for a simple soup that I ended up leaving without receiving. Avoid this place at all costs.
The staff in the kitchen were unhelpful when my order was incorrect. They seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and took a long time to ask for assistance. Other Panera locations appear to be more organized and in control.
I recently ordered delivery from this restaurant and had a pleasant experience with Lacey, the girl who took my order over the phone. She was patient and understanding with me, and didn't rush me. Even though my order was incorrect when it was received, the excellent customer service made it worth it.
