it is very rare for a place to suggest even better in person than the photos and reviews, but this is one of these places. all employees were so helpful, including our knowledgeable server, who was so patient and warm. the food and the drinks came out quickly and were simply incredible that the Krug starter and all pasta dishes are outstanding. the decor and funny small rooms throughout the world they will blow away.... What User doesn't like about Sarino's:
had a booking and was turned away from the rude bouncer at the door because of “cloth code”. he waited 20 minutes and could not produce the manager as he was busy. no mention of the dress order on the website, the booking page or the reservation. View all feedback.
The food and the service was exceptional. Finishing the night with a drink in the lounge bar upstairs made it a very enjoyable night out. Best location and night out experience in the area.
Sarino’s has definitely been designed with the look and ambience of a 5 star restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised as I’m not from the area.The cocktail bar was exceptional and the staff were friendly and accommodating.Did mention later in the night that the food was not up to standard, however the bar staff did not act on this complaint.A low point on the night were the main meals, the eggplant parmigiana was served so quickly and sadly slightly cold and partly frozen. The meals were replaced when I complained, which was the right thing to do.Very disappointing, considering the special occasion and the pricing.I’d be happy to discuss.

A great evening starting with the friendly team in the cocktail bar before heading down to Sarino's restaurant where we were treated to great food in beautiful surroundings staffed by a wonderful team with plenty of enthusiasm. Happy to recommend it to anyone in the Hills and surrounding area. Thankyou.
Great service and ambiance staff were very accommodating to a few dietary requirements which is always much appreciated. Will be back again :
