However, there were two sho... read more The service was extremely slow and the staff seemed indifferent. The food was just average and far from being authentically Italian. However, there were two shocking incidents that I have never experienced before. Firstly, a rat was spotted running and climbing in the open kitchen. Secondly, the chef, who appeared to have a cold, was coughing and sniffing frequently. Despite this, he continued to use his hands to serve spaghetti and even ate with his hands while preparing food for guests. This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. My meal type was dinner and the price per person was around Rp 200,000–225,000. I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 2.

The pizza... read more Honestly I feel bad, but there was nothing I can honestly say I enjoyed aside from the view and the sick tunes, neither or which are the restaurant... The pizza was served on a store bought base with frozen seafood and the Mai Thai wasn't good. I would recommend to the chef to change things to cooked-to-serve food. The mojito was ok though and service isn't too slow

The pizza i... read more The Italian food at this restaurant is excellent. While it may not cater precisely to Asian tastes, it still maintains the authentic Italian flavor. The pizza is thin and crispy, and the lasagna is excellent. Compared to my experiences in Italy, I can confidently say that this is the best authentic Italian food I have had so far. I highly recommend it. Additionally, the service is very friendly and attentive.
