Mcdonald's - Baton Rouge

The experience was incredibly quick during the lunch rush. The location has been recently renovated. My order was accurate, served hot, and surprisingly delicious. The staff wore face masks and were both friendly and professional. With two drive-thru lanes and two pickup windows, the drive-thru moves efficiently. I can't wait to return!

This restaurant is decent, though the experience can vary depending on when you place your order. Generally, they tend to get the orders right.

This used to be the best McDonald's around, but now it's not the same. When you place your order, it feels like you're waiting for ages, as if you're stuck on a phone call. Then, when you reach the window to pay, there are four people handling payments. By the time you get to the next window for your food, there's no one in front of you, yet it still takes a while for three people to bring out your order. It's disappointing.

I felt like I was throwing my money away. The food I received was cold, including my burgers and fries. They also served me the wrong soda. Overall, I had the impression that they weren't valuing my money.

Food was great and it didn't take long to get my food.
