We had the best experience here today. Food was excellent, we had the 3 course lunch menu and it was perfect quality food with unexpected pairings but they all worked. They made a raspberry lemonade on request which really should be on the menu it could not have been better, it was like drinking raspberries. Our waiter was friendly and professional. A perfect, fine lunch on Sunday for two. beautiful eating from beginning to end, perfectly presented. The standout star was more smoky. the main square was delivered with exact precision with each element perfectly cooked and spiced. net, the blonde with the grilled shot and me the frying breast of the huh, probably the best frying dinner I had to keep full. a well-selected weeping list, although I was informed later that the wee I had chosen was not available. complete brand of attila, which entered into the roll of the sommelier and offered an alternative without committing to keep if not liked. sure to say it was a very memorable bottle of peay chardonnay by sonoma. Finally, the cheese board must be improved, but still 5 stars due to value ratio.
My dinner recommendation: The scallop to start and the duck for main. Excellent service. Pretty place We try to go for drinks somewhere else around and came back to the restaurant's bar because of their service.
We went for an amazing dinner at The Gainsborough. It's a really comfortable atmosphere, not too formal or stuffy, but still classy. The food was brilliant (esp the scallop) and the service excellent.

If you're looking for a nice, quiet environment with British food that has an innovative twist, you won't regret choosing this restaurant. We've visited in both 2018 and 2020, and the food quality has consistently been excellent. The dishes have a subtle yet surprising aroma that enhances the experience before you even start your meal. The bread is fantastic; although the serving size was reduced from four pieces to three, the warm, beautifully textured bread pairs perfectly with the cheese and has a delightful aroma. I really wish the server had offered us another round of bread; it may sound trivial, but I was very satisfied with the complimentary bread. We've previously enjoyed the tasting menu, which was delightful and generously portioned. Last night, we opted for the Vortheater menu. While the choices were limited, it did not disappoint at all.
