What Jeffrey Stokes doesn't like about Chester's Chicken:
When you buy chicken from this place (specially to go orders) check the box, make sure it’s all cooked that day. On July 5th I ordered 6 chicken tenders, I grabbed the box and got out of there. When I opened it to eat, 3 of the 6 tenders were at least from the day before. Because they were dry and hard to bite. You think you can trust people. I'm never going back to that location again. Delicious fried juicy chicken. Seems weird, but really good roasted corn. Best cookies dipped into their own butter sauce
Fast, friendly, and hot chicken, wedge fries, and biscuits. Get to choose all breast pieces, which is great. Only issue is that I find Churches chicken in general just a little bland, and the biscuits are not as buttery as I would like.
Always good to stop for some Chesters Chicken when on a road trip. Had the Tenders this time. As good as ever. . .
The staff is very friendly, professional, honest, friendly and helpful. Great food and prices.
They're always delicious. Fast, friendly and fresh crispy roasted chicken. And these Jalapenos... I always buy extra.
