Stopped to pick up two dozen assorted donuts at 3pm in the afternoon and was told that even though they still had at least 40-50 in the display case, they could only sell me one dozen because they didn't want to run out for other customers later in the afternoon. This struck me as strange since I expected them to make more bakery items throughout the day, however I accepted the reasoning and substituted by ordering a dozen assorted cookies instead. The server then proceeded to charge me for a dozen dream cookies, but gave me a mix of both dream and normal cookies after running out of the more expensive flavours. At no point did she offer to reimburse me, and I only found out when the boxes were opened later. Entirely unsatisfied with the service at this franchise. Food was fine. I stop here almost every morning for the coffee and the happy faces the staff always have.. very nice people working here. Service: 5
