What User doesn't like about Jota Restobar:
The chef won a national award for his ceviche, but it is quite typical of what you get on the beach almost everywhere along the coast. The main problem with the restaurant is that it is walled with plastic foil. If I'm on the beach, I want this open air experience. View all feedback.
Good place and good service will be back soon. Thank you. Vero for u good intention
Ceviche was a super fresh, good balance of flavors with a little spice thrown next to the citrus. Her sudado fish stew was so good my friends and I decided to swim for a bit just so we could order another one. Pretty incredible. The cook and another gentleman I guess was an owner? were really nice and we had good conversations, they even offered to keep our bags in the eye while we float. We ate there several times and service was good every time.

Words can't really express just how good this food is... The chef (Fernando) really does know his stuff and delivers 5 star food that is very reasonably priced. We have been travelling South America for 8 months and our breakfast and lunch (yes we stayed that long) was the best we have had so far! They are also extremely friendly people and made us feel very welcome. The fact our kids got on so well with theirs made the day even more enjoyable. We really can't rate this place highly enough. Wonderful!
Good Peruvian kewitsche, Tacu-Tacu and the view of the sea right in front of them!
