It's five guys. You expect greasy, fresh made food when you go there. And thats exactly what I got

Poor service. Mask situation is REDICULOUS! Told me I needed a mask behind a plexi glass separator from me. People sitting down eating in restaurant with no mask because obviously you can’t eat a burger with mask over your face. Asked if they could provide one for me and said no and couldn’t serve me. The man with blonde long hair told me it’s because at the tables your 6 feet apart. I stepped 6 feet away from to order with the plexi glass separating us and then she Said “still can’t serve you” … – show

My sandwich was absolutely amazing cooked to perfection.The level of customer service I received from Daliyah, Trevon and Ty the staff there was awesome! They are full of energy, very happy, passionate, inviting and fast. I'll definitely visit over and over and again. Thanks y'all for a great experience #sharethelove #wheretheydothatat #booyah

Burger was made how I wanted it but didn't like how they smothered my fries in seasoning…I mean so much seasoning that my fries were completely red! Then dumped the fries in my bag. I mean who doesn't love seasoning, but having to rip my bag open, wipe off both hands the foil on my burger before i got to my burger wasn't fun! I mean maybe for a 7 year old but not me so much. I'll be back though! ‍ ️

The staff at 5 Guys was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. 1 thing that I feel could change is make the burger patties the size that Burger King whopper is, along with the same size bun. I would go back again, the meat seem like it was homemade. Your food is cooked after you place your order, it is not setting under a heat light drying the meat out.
